All LAG jewellery are made in ITALY and have been treated with a technique that helps prevent tarnishing. Even so, it is important to take into account the following considerations to optimise its good condition over time:

Store in its original case without coming into contact with other jewellery to avoid rubbing or scratching. Avoid contact with liquids, chemical products or cosmetics, as well as extreme temperature changes and knocks

IF YOU HAVE TO CLEAN SILVER, USE A JEWELLERY POLISHING CLOTH INSTEAD OF A HARSH TOOL LIKE A TOOTHBRUSH SINCE SILVER IS QUITE SOFT.

IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR GOODS, RETURNS FOR FULL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY. ITEMS RETURNED OUTSIDE THAT PERIOD WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THE RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORISED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE ISSUES, EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

WE AIM TO PROCESS ALL RETURNS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF REACHING US AND WILL EMAIL OR WRITE TO CONFIRM WHEN THIS HAS BEEN DONE. DEPENDING ON WHOM YOU BANK WITH, REFUNDS MAY TAKE A FURTHER FEW DAYS TO SHOW UP ON YOUR CARD STATEMENT.
