JEWELRY CARE:

When handling LAG jewelry, the following considerations must be taken into consideration in order to optimize its good condition over time:

• Avoid contact with cosmetics, fragrances, creams, and hair products as they may harm your jewelry.
• Prior to exercising, bathing, or sleeping, make sure to remove your jewelry and keep them in their original case.
• Keep your jewelry in a dry location, and it's advisable to store each piece separately from others.
• Use a soft, clean cloth to delicately clean your jewelry instead of a hard tool such as toothbrush.
• Avoid exposing your pieces to harsh substances, solvents, or cleaning agents.
• Avoid contact with liquids, as well as temperature changes and shocks.

Natural tarnishing of materials may occur over time.
Please be aware that any issues arising from neglecting proper care for your jewelry are not our responsibility.

DELIVERY:

The products bought from www.lagworld.it are subject to specific delivery times and procedures as outlined below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the link to track your order.

Italy Free shipping on orders over EUR 60. Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 5.

EU countries Free shipping on orders over EUR 200. Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 10.

Other Countries Free shipping on orders over EUR 200. Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 20.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or GLS within 7 working days followed by a tracking number.
International delivery times vary depending on destination.

The prices on our site are in Euros.
All orders will be shipped from Italy.



RETURNS:

You have 7 days from the shipment of your order to request a return for bodywear and jewelry.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, the item undergoes a thorough quality check and receives approval, our customer service team will proceed to refund the amount to the initial payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email once this process is completed.
Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt, depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.

To return items, please first contact customer service at customerservice@lagworld.it.
Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
All the items must be unworn in the original packaging, with the packaging intact to be eligible for return.

For hygienic reasons all earrings are always excluded from the return request.

Please note that returns are always at the customer's expense and that items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be refunded (damaged or worn). The return will be processed within 48H after receipt of the package, we will send you an email confirming the new shipment.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product please contact customer service, we will get back to you with all the necessary information.

Sale, discounted items, last chance items are final sales and ineligible for exchange or returns, unless the product has a manufacturing defective.

We are not responsible for LAG WORLD’s items purchased from other retailers.
